The 'Departure Date' on your travel insurance should be the same as your tentative flight booking dates. If your plans change anytime in the future, you can get dates changed on your travel insurance certificate by informing us before 'expiration date'. The date will be changed within a 24 hour window. If you have an Adamjee's travel insurance plan, the date can be changed within minutes. If you have an EFU travel insurance plan, date change can take up to 2-3 hours. If you have a UIC (United Insurance Company) travel insurance plan, date change can take up to 24 hours.
